Creates unidirectional Payment Channels for high-volume XRP micropayments that settle on-ledger only when claimed.
What it does
Two parties lock XRP, then exchange signed claims off-ledger. Only the final claim (or a dispute) hits the ledger — the same idea as Lightning, native to XRPL.
